Product Development Manager is responsible for:

  4. Keep the BMR updated for on-line production activity.

  8. To ensure timely preventive / breakdown maintenance of equipment.

Other Key Skills Required:

  1. Should have strong practical laboratory skills to conduct laboratory research and to find effective ways to optimize production processes, improve production safety, product quality, and reduce environmental pollution.
  2. Should have a keen eye for detail, and assess industrial chemical processes, detect inefficiencies and develop effective solutions based on his/her analytical and complex-problem solving skills.
  3. Should help the management to establish the most cost-effective methods to produce product.
  4. Should exercise his expertise in conduction of tests to determine the quality and chemical composition of the raw materials procured and use this information to determine the proportions in which the raw materials can be mixed to increase product yields while maintaining product quality.
  5. Should be well versed with reaction chemistry and use his expertise to devise a solution, such as inducing a suitable chemical catalyst in order to increase the pace of productivity, if it is taking too long for finishing a product.

LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE (1).

The roles and responsibilities of a Logistics Executive include:

1. Manage the daily activities of the Logistics management as per defined SLA.
2. Planning, organizing and coordinating with different stakeholders for delivery of materials.
3. Ensure all inward materials are checked thoroughly as per delivery challan and are stored in the designated areas.
4. Ensure proper inventory management of all stock materials are followed and tracked properly.
5. Generate reports based on need and consumption.
6. Liaise with vendor and Security for smooth entry and exit of materials.
7. Coordinate with the vendor to ensure necessary statutory documents are in place for shipment of materials and in compliance with the client requirement.
8. Review all check lists / log book and submit required details to the reporting manager for monthly report.
9. Update required data for monthly report as per the format circulated by the reporting manager.
10. Review & ensure that all the necessary documents are in place at the time of any internal or external audits.
